Shipping & Delivery
FREE SHIPPING on all orders placed on our website above $75 within the 48 contiguous US states. Telephone orders are subject to shipping charges. Additionally, for a fee we offer faster shipping options by way of UPS and USPS and shipping to foreign countries via USPS. REMEMBER OVERNIGHT AND 2 DAY DELIVERIES ARE FROM THE DATE SHIPPED AND ARE COUNTED ON BUSINESS DAYS M-F ONLY. You’re shipping options and cost will be presented at checkout. Free shipping will be shipped by the carrier of our choice, usually at our lowest cost option.
Most orders received before 1pm (ET) are shipped the same day. We cannot guarantee when an order will be shipped due to matters beyond our control. When mailing a cashier’s check or money order please use our website to calculate shipping and select the money order payment option, or call us and we will be happy to give you a total including shipping. Please include your order number. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery on all ground packages.
Upon receiving your order check for errors and shipping damage. Products are examined, and in perfect condition when packed. All packaging is according to the standards of the carrier. Regardless of the carton appearance, damage was sustained while in transit and must be reported at once to the carrier. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITHIN 5 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE. PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS. THEY ARE FOR YOUR PROTECTION. Items which are invoiced are considered delivered. For items missing and not indicated as Back Ordered notify us immediately. Back Ordered items will be shipped automatically when they become available. Returns will be charged a restocking fee of 10% for accessories and 5% for instruments. Reeds or any damaged products may not be returned for credit of any kind.

Any information you give to us will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. We use the latest security technology on our site for you protection. How We Use Your Email Address
We never use SPAM, and are against the efforts of those who do.
- Muncy Winds prohibits the use of our email in any manner associated with the transmission, distribution or delivery of any unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mail (“SPAM”).
We will never sell your email address to any other person or party.
We use your email address to update you about the status of your order.
- For example, when you place an order, we email your order confirmation.
- When we ship your package, we will email you with shipment information.
- If there is a backorder situation, we alert you with expected shipment dates via email.
- Recipients of our Electronic Gift Certificates will receive an email notifying them of the gift with instruction on how to redeem it.
If you agreed to receive our newsletter, we will also send you periodic emails alerting you to special promotions, news, information, and product reviews based on your preferences.

- We limit the information we provide to outside companies with whom we contract. For example, shipments require that we give the shipper your shipping address, and contact phone number.
Returns
All sales are final. Be sure to inspect any items shipped as soon as they arrive. If any items are damage please contact us and the carrier immediately. All items are sent from Muncy Winds in excellent condition. If you receive something that may have been damaged in shipment, the carrier may wish to inspect the package. Please keep any packagingmaterial. If the carrier wishes for you to return the package to us we will issue you a return authorization number. Packages without a return authorization will not be accepted. In the event that we do issue a return authorization number for you to return to Muncy Winds the merchandise must be in new condition and original packaging. Please include a copy of your receipt. A $5 research fee will be charged for any return without a copy of your invoice. You will receive a refund minus the shipping charges, and *restocking fees. 10% restocking fees on accessories and 5% restocking on all instruments. Reeds may not be returned for any reason.
To Return Merchandise
- Package merchandise in a sturdy box with adequate packing material.
- Return Authorization Number must be on the outside of the box.
- Include a copy of your invoice and notate the items you are returning.
- Insure the package for the full amount on the items being returned. Any damage which may occur while shipping merchandise back to Muncy Winds is your responsibility.
- Keep all copies of your receipts from the shipping carrier. Contact the shipper directly for tracking your package and delivery status back to Muncy Winds Music Co.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Muncy Winds Music honors MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Novus credit and debit cards. Your card will be charged for only the items shipped. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. If ordering by mail, you may pay by cashier’s check or money order. Please be sure and include any applicable 6.75 % NC sales tax when mailing your order.
Product availability and prices are subject to change without notice. The price in effect when we receive your order will be the price that you are charged. We are not responsible for any typographical errors in advertising. Occasionally Muncy Winds Music Co. offers special promotions to customers and to those that subscribe to our e-mail newsletter. Special promotions may include coupons, discounts, free freight, and free product just to name a few. These promotions may have certain restrictions of times used and or expirations. Coupons may only be redeemed on our website.
