Please know that while Muncy Winds Music is doing all that it can to help curtail the spread of the COVID-19 Coronavirus and protect our customers and employees we are still fulfilling web orders. Each package is disinfected before leaving our warehouse. All orders must be placed online and will be shipped directly to your home from our warehouse. We have suspended all product trials in order to protect you and our employees. All sales are final. Repairs may not be dropped off or picked up and must be prearranged by emailing. Contact Us by emailing us here for information about returns and COVID-19. All sales are final. Be sure to inspect any items shipped as soon as they arrive. If any items are damage please contact us and the shipper immediately. All items are sent from Muncy Winds in excellent condition. If you receive something that may have been damaged in shipment, the carrier may wish to inspect the package. Please keep any packaging material. If the carrier wishes for you to return the package to us we will issue you a return authorization number. Packages without a return authorization will not be accepted. In the event that we do issue a return authorization number for you to return to Muncy Winds the merchandise must be in new condition and original packaging. Please include a copy of your receipt. A $5 research fee will be charged for any return without a copy of your invoice. You will receive a refund minus the shipping charges, and *restocking fees. 10% restocking fees on accessories and 5% restocking on all instruments. Reeds may not be returned for any reason.
