The E. Rousseau New Classic alto mouthpiece was developed to complement the highly successful R series. It has been designed with an entirely new choice of facings to meet the demands of the worlds top performers. Features include a new chamber with a redesigned baffle and sidewalls to provide an even more centered tone; a new tip rail for a more precise fit of reed; and a longer shape for a more secure fit and easier tuning.

The large patches work best for the larger instruments like saxophone and bass clarinet while the smaller one are best suited to clarinet. Please choose the appropriate size and thickness. | Removes moisture from inside mouthpiece after playing. | Great step up mouthpiece. Made from fine hard rubber that is hand faced by Clark Fobes. Produces a great classic sound for those wishing for a better mouthpiece than machine made mouthpieces. This mouthpiece has a Round Chamber. | Vandoren Optimum designed for classical music and concert band.
